Responsibilities of each department:

The production department shall have a production director (responsible for the company's production management, safety management and site management); Production dispatcher (responsible for production planning) and workshop director (responsible for production, quality, safety and equipment management of the workshop)

The technology department has a technical director (responsible for the company's technical research and development and technical management), a process designer (responsible for the product process design), a site builder (responsible for the product production site technical guidance), and a melting technologist (responsible for the smelting material batching).

Quality department has quality director (responsible for quality management of the company), quality inspector (responsible for marking, appearance and dimension inspection of products), and analyst (responsible for testing internal organization, mechanical properties and chemical composition of products).

The business department shall have a business director (responsible for business management of the company) and a salesman (responsible for customer communication, product sales and other related businesses).

The finance department has a finance director (responsible for the company's financial management), an accountant (responsible for the company's current account statistics and accounting), and a cashier (responsible for the company's cash receipts and payments and bank settlement).
