Information Disclosure System for the Prevention and Control of Hazardous Waste Pollution

I. Based on Ministry of Ecology and Environment In accordance with the requirements of the "Notice on Further Strengthening the Standardized Management of Hazardous Waste", this system is specially formulated to further standardize the management of hazardous waste, strengthen the responsibility for the prevention and control of hazardous waste pollution, and combine the company's actual situation.

II. Waste-generating departments must implement the information disclosure system for the prevention and control of hazardous waste pollution and post hazardous waste prevention and control responsibility information in a conspicuous location.

III. The information bulletin for the prevention and control of hazardous waste pollution shall be prepared by the using and storage departments, which shall be responsible for the authenticity of the information disclosed. 。

IV. The information on the public notice board for hazardous waste pollution prevention and control should include:

1. Name, generation stage, and hazardous characteristics of hazardous waste;

2. Maximum inventory, disposal methods, storage location, and destination of hazardous waste;

3. Emergency disposal measures and external rescue telephone numbers for hazardous waste;

4. Person in charge of hazardous waste management and contact telephone number.

V. The using department shall update and maintain the information on the hazardous waste prevention and control public notice board in a timely manner according to the company's actual situation.

VI. This system shall come into effect from the date of issuance.
